Returns Policy

All returns(damaged or faulty) must be made within 10 days of receipt of the goods. Pampered Cats Playground must receive the return within 10 days of the receipt of the faulty or damaged goods by the customer. If Pampered Cats Playground receives the faulty or damaged goods after 10 days of the customer receiving the product,  Pampered Cats Playground will NOT give a refund and the goods will be destroyed.You must call or email within 24 hours of receipt of faulty or damaged goods to advise Pampered Cats Playground of the following information:

. Customer Name

. Invoice Number

. Nature of Problem

Merchandise returned without advising Pampered Cats Playground of the problem will be declined and returned to the sender or disposed of.

We do not refund due to a change of mind. We only refund for damaged or faulty goods. Items returned without meeting this criteria will be disposed of and no credit will be issued.

Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all postage charges back to Pampered Cats Playground on returned items. We will pay for the postage charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) back to the customer.

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If merchandise is returned without notification of damage, the buyer will be responsible for the damaged merchandise. Items returned without notification will be disposed of and no credit will be issued. Damaged merchandise will be replaced, a credit given or your payment returned. 

Damage to goods must affect the ability of the product to be used for its intended purpose and must

not be minor. A thread hanging from a toy, colour variances to that shown on the website, a scratch that does not affect the item are all classified as minor. It is up to the discretion of the Business Owner to determine whether a return authorisation will be given.Faulty goods are goods that do not operate as they were intended to operate.The arrival of a motorised toy that does not function or a wand that the cord unravels are examples of faulty goods.


Minimum Order Policy

You are free to order whatever quantity you require. No restrictions, except availability, exist on order quantities.

We stock every item found on our website so that we can process your order within 24 hours of receiving it.

Orders are sent by Australian Post. If you prefer to pick up your goods, please contact me to arrange a suitable time.


Non Delivered Items/Lost Items

Pampered Cats Playground accepts no responsibility for loss of goods once they are in the hands of Australia Post. As from the 11th August 2011, all orders will be sent via Registered Post. Please ensure that someone will be at the delivery address to sign for your parcel. Of late, there has been an increase in the number of lost parcels. We can no longer replace items when this occurs.With Registered Post, a tracking number is provided. Insurance of $100 is included. If your order value is greater than $100, you will be contacted by email, to ascertain whether you would like extra insurance on your order. If you do, then you will be contacted again with the extra cost of the insurance. 

Freight Charges

Sometimes actual freight charges are much higher than what our software calculates. In most cases, we will cover the excess postage. However, if the excess postage is deemed too substantial for us to cover the postage, the customer will be contacted, and the customer may cancel the order if they wish without penalty.


Refusal Of Sale

Pampered Cats Playground reserves the right to refuse sale to any person at anytime.


Errors and Omissions Policy

Pampered Cats Playground is not liable for any misprints, errors or omissions which include, but are not limited to, graphics, incorrect pricing or product specifications.
