In a thick-bottomed frying pan brown minced meat. Add bell pepper, onion and garlic once the minced meat is halfway done.
Continue to cook until the onions are transparent and meat is well browned.
Lower heat and mix in tomato paste, oil, tortilla, bone meal, Brewers’ yeast and salt. Keep mixing until all ingredients are hot and cooked.
Take off stove and allow to cool.
Serve in your cat’s dish with Cheddar cheese sprinkled over the top.
