Grow your own fresh catnip with the Cosmic Catnip Garden! Pick leaves as needed and provide your cat or kitten with fresh, bright green catnip that is bursting with wonderful flavour and aroma. Catnip seeds are contained within a compressed soil plug that expands when water is added.

Packet includes two pre-planted starters in a colourful polybag.

Place starter in saucer of warm water, hole side up. Let stand for 12 hours. Pour off excess water and cover with a clear drinking glass. Put saucer in a well lit spot away from direct sun. When plants have four leaves, remove glass and plant entire starter in a 6" pot, so that the starter is just covered with potting soil. Place pot in brightest available light, full sun being the ideal. In one week, snip all but the two strongest seedlings. Allow surface to dry between waterings and feed lightly every 6-8 weeks. When p;ants are 8" tall, you may begin pinching small sprigs. Never cut plants back to less than 6". Roll catnip between fingers before giving to cats.
